Volunteers play a huge role in bringing the energy to life, and we’re looking for dependable, passionate, and positive people to help us make it unforgettable.

Volunteer Perks: All volunteers receive access to the conference portion of CAMP — including panels, listening sessions, and networking events.

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

ENGINEER SUPPORT: Assist with the smooth operation of various event activities, supporting engineers and managing room schedules.

Duties

- Help engineers with equipment setup.

- Ensure producers are in their designated slots.

- Keep VIP meetings on schedule.

- Check in with engineers for their needs.

- Ensure each room has a mentor.

- Keep brands doing room takeovers satisfied.

- Capture content (3 clips per shift).

- Assist with setup and teardown.

- Answer general FAQs from attendees.

FRONT DESK: As the first point of contact, you will greet attendees at Soundhouse, offering a prime networking opportunity.

Duties

- Check tickets of all attendees.

- Deescalate situations as needed.

- Provide information about event activities.

- Maintain organizational skills.

- Solve problems efficiently.

- General customer service tasks.

- Assist with setup and teardown.

FLOATER: Act as a versatile helper, filling in wherever needed. Prior experience with the event is ideal.

- Assist with setup and teardown.

- Help with food preparation.

- Answer general FAQs from attendees.

- Provide general assistance across all tasks listed above.

CONTENT ASSISTANT: Support the event by capturing photo & video content

Duties

- Assist taking photos and videos

- Clean up and teardown tasks.

- General assistance and problem-solving.

- Answer general FAQs from attendees.
