Create Music Group Studios
The Create Music Group Recording Studios, located in Los Angeles, CA where the top music creatives in the world make music, collaborate, and create. We are excited for our attendees to experience making music in this beautiful studio with a panel discussion after the songwriting session.
What Else Is Happening?
Songwriting
During this CAMP, we'll feature songwriting collaboration sessions with attendees and invitees. The goal is to help forge more connections amongst the creatives attending to help create more demos over the weekend. The songwriting sessions will have an educational element as we bring people to the CAMP that can help bring that unconventional learning element.
Workshops
We will be hosting several workshops on our large property throughout the 5 days that will range from marketing, A&R conversations, and other relevant information for our participants.
Recording Sessions
We will be holding recording sessions on our property as well as taking field trips to recording studios for the songwriting aspect of this CAMP. There will be ample opportunity record music with Canadian and US creatives during our 5 day stay!
Panel Discussions
On our property, we will be holding breakfast, lunch, and dinner panel discussions with industry professionals that will help our participants understand more about the industry. These will be open conversations in an intimate setting where everyone can participate.
Field Trips
ThIs will be Beatcave's first time doing CAMP outside of Canada. We will be visiting notable places within LA that can help our participants build their network, increase knowledge, and enjoy their time in LA
Performances
During the 5 days, we will be giving opportunities to our participants to perform at one of our collaborated shows we will be hosting while in LA
Do You Have A Payment Plan?

HOW MUCH IS THE CAMP?
$699.99 CAD for the General Admission ticket and $1199.99 CAD for the VIP ticket, scroll back up to find out the difference between both tickets.
DO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
If you attend the TORONTO CAMP (October 2024) or the VANCOUVER CAMP (November 2024) you will get a $150 discount for any CALI CAMP ticket.
MY MAIN GENRE ISN'T HIP-HOP, IS THIS FOR ME?
Yes! We are a multi-genre writing camp. Our previous tapes have included R&B, Soul, Pop, Dancehall, and Reggae. Our community is filled with multi-genre musicians and we encourage diversity.
WHAT IF A SONG I'M ON GETS CHOSEN?
Everyone signs a split contract before coming to the event that explains the splits amongst all the creators which works out too :
30% Artists (split evenly among artists on the tape)
30% Producer (split evenly among the collaborators)
25% BELIEVE MUSIC
10% BEATCAVE + Distribution Rights
5% Engineers
HOW WILL BE THE WORKSHOPS BE STRUCTURED?
We will be hosting workshops within the large property where we will have speakers come in and discuss different aspects of the music industry.
IF I RECORD ON A TRACK, DOES THAT MEAN I WILL MAKE THE FINAL CUT?
No, unfortunately, nothing is guaranteed once we start to shortlist the music we will be using. Don't be discouraged if your verse, hook, or chorus isn't used, doesn't mean we don't like your music, might just not fit. The decision is made by the producer, engineer and the BEATCAVE team.
IF I'M A BEATCAVE MEMBER, DO I GET A DISCOUNT?
Yes! Beatcave members (free to sign up + cancel anytime) will get access to the CAMP for a discount based on the membership tier. This will only apply to members that have been active for over 3 months.
WILL THERE BE FOOD & BEVERAGES
Yes! We'll be providing a meal, snacks and drinks for people attending. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we can try and accommodate.
