Beatcave presents: TORONTO CAMP (Creatives Arranging Musical Projects) which more than just Canada's biggest songwriting camp this experience also provides education through conventional and unconventional ways. The 3 day long event includes opportunities for music creatives to participate in workshops, panel discussions, 1 on 1 meetings, content creation, and more.

Curators for the instrumentalist room at CAMP, bring a dynamic approach to musical collaboration, emphasizing a blend of live performance and recording. Branded Room Takeovers
Music creatives can connect with brands in the 10+ rooms within Lynx Music, which provide gifts, knowledge, and networking opportunities. The goal is to enhance the experience of attendees by encouraging interactions between brands and music creatives, creating an environment that inspires creativity. This initiative strives to develop a vibrant space where brands can engage with music creators, promoting collaboration and innovation.
Producer Slots
Producers at CAMP get 5 hours in designated rooms labeled with their name, schedule, and genre—3 hours on Saturday and 2 on Sunday—to attract artists and songwriters for networking and collaboration, fostering song creation, friendships, and further networking opportunities, thereby empowering producers in their musical journey.

CAMP enhances its 11 event rooms with dedicated assistants and CAMP Counsellors to support song development, structure, and songwriting, fostering a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere where attendees' ideas are valued and incorporated into the creative process.
FAQ
HOW DOES IT WORK FOR PRODUCERS?
Producers will have a one (2 or 3 hours) for the weekend where they will control the beats playing in the room. There will be an engineer present in the room ready to track vocals from any artists that wish to record. If you purchase a one day pass you'll be allotted 2 hours for the day and are permitted to hang out for the remainder of the day.
HOW DOES IT WORK FOR ARTISTS?
Artists/Songwriters arrive at Lynx Music and can easily figure out what genre is playing in the room. Once there is some cohesion with everyone in the room, the engineers can start recording anyone. We take the demos and decide if it's something we'd use for our upcoming releases.
MY MAIN GENRE ISN'T HIP-HOP, IS THIS FOR ME?
Yes! We are a multi-genre writing camp. Our previous tapes have included R&B, Soul, Pop, Dancehall, and Reggae. Our community is filled with multi-genre musicians and we encourage diversity.
WHAT IF A SONG I'M ON GETS CHOSEN?
Everyone signs a split contract before coming to the event that explains the splits amongst all the creators which works out too :
30% Artists (split evenly among artists on the tape)
30% Producer (split evenly among the collaborators)
25% BELIEVE MUSIC
10% BEATCAVE + Distribution Rights
5% Engineers
HOW WILL BE THE ROOMS BE STRUCTURED?
Each room will have a "CAMP Counsellor" that will help everyone structure songs. Some of the opportunities will include songwriting, song structure and song development. Don't miss the unconventional way of becoming a better music creative.
IF I RECORD ON A TRACK, DOES THAT MEAN I WILL MAKE THE FINAL CUT?
No, unfortunately, nothing is guaranteed once we start to shortlist the music we will be using. Don't be discouraged if your verse, hook, or chorus isn't used, doesn't mean we don't like your music, might just not fit. The decision is made by the producer, engineer and the BEATCAVE team.

WILL THERE BE FOOD & BEVERAGES
